Discord support needs to improve.

I'm really fed up with Discord support ignoring me. I've seen smaller support teams that handle issues better than Discord does. Nelly, in particular, is the worst agent I've encountered. Instead of actually responding and helping, Nelly just marks my tickets as solved without addressing my concerns. It's frustrating and disappointing that such poor support exists, especially from a company as big as Discord. It's a shame they hired someone who doesn't actually help users.
