Make filenames starting with SPOILER_ show up as spoilered in preview and have the spoiler option checked

If the filename starts with SPOILER_ and it gets marked as SPOILER on all other clients that receive the file, why not just mark it as SPOILER on the sending client as well, huh? It's been *5 years* and you can't tell me implementing this would take more than 2 minutes.
