Server owner passed away, no support reply for over a month
Back on April 11 the owner of our community server passed away. As one of the server moderators, I put in a ticket requesting ownership transfer on April 17th. It’s now May 21st and I’ve heard nothing back from Discord’s support. We’re starting to have integrations stop working and have no way to fix them without ownership.
Does anyone know how long it takes for support to answer these kinds of tickets? Even just a “we’re looking into it” or some instructions on how we can help the process along would be great. The silence is extremely frustrating.

I'm sorry for your loss!
I've also sent a transfer ownership request for one of my servers, where the owner hasn't been seen in months, and that was weeks ago, but similarly there has been no answer.

So shortly after posting this they finally replied and said we don't match the criteria for ownership transfer, listing four criteria that we appear to meet, and refuse to tell us which criterion they don't think we meet, so we have no real idea why the transfer can't happen.
Apparently the recommended course is to flush nearly 10 years of our community's history down the drain and start a new server. It's incredibly frustrating, and feels like an insult to the legacy of my friend who built this gaming community.
