Discord supps
- In my opinion, we need to make some changes regarding some of Discord’s support staff. Most of them don’t pay attention to tickets once they accept them, or they respond very late. For example, my ticket has been open for 1 weeks now and has received almost no attention. If possible, please hire more support staff so that tickets can be responded to more quickly.
- We, the users of Discord, request that all our issues and feedback be given importance and that our problems be addressed as quickly as possible.

Discord support is really terrible and does nothing to improve. It gets worse day by day. There are so many comments saying: "Discord support is terrible," so why isn't anything being done about it? It's useless if we just give feedback and you don't take any action.

These were just three of the comments that I found interesting and were among the most commonly seen.
After posting this, the Discord supporter who was responding to me stopped and closed the ticket. I am really sorry for such support

Discord needs to be better when responding to their supports too. They just copy and paste? My feedback post says it all. My new post is pending approval.

At this point I think they don’t want to help us. Which sucks because we’re just people who help discord be discord.
