Ensure you have a stable internet connection, as connectivity issues can cause delays in real-time updates. Next, make sure you are using the latest version of Discord, as updates often include bug fixes and performance improvements. You can check for updates in the desktop app by going to Help > Check for Updates. Clearing the cache can also help resolve this issue; on the desktop app, you can do this by navigating to User Settings > Advanced > Clear Cache. If the problem persists, consider reinstalling Discord to reset its settings and configurations.

To fix icons displaying in real time, follow these steps:

    1. Profile Picture: Ensure the profile picture updates instantly across all instances. Check your code to refresh the image whenever it changes.

    2. Status Dot: Make sure the status dot reflects the user's current status. Use real-time data to update the dot accordingly (e.g., online, away, busy).

    3. Mobile Icon: Indicate when a user is active on mobile. Show the mobile icon next to their name if they are using the app on their phone.

For example, in the “#general” messages channel:

    - Display the user’s profile picture.
    - Show the status dot next to the profile picture.
    - If the user is on mobile, display the mobile icon.

This way, all icons are always accurate and updated in real time.

Note: One vote sent from mobile indicator. Regrad (capcut template)
