Discord won't switch to windowed mode and can't be moved

So I think I hit something accidentally and full-screened my discord, causing it to bloat up so its borders exceeded the screen on all sides and could not be moved or closed. 

I pressed shift+ctrl+f and it resized, so I can see the top bar once more, but I still find myself unable to move discord, as grabbing and dragging the top bar to my other screen does not move the window. I am also to toggle Windows 10's normal windowed mode as pressing the button on the top right side no longer does anything. 

I have Chrome open right now and it's not doing the same thing, I am ONLY having this problem with Discord, despite it seeming like it could be a Windows issue this appears to just be a Discord problem.


Also, in case these two problems are related, I ALSO get this error about once a month

Where discord's top bar will snap out of the resolution of my screen causing it to be nearly impossible to move. I haven't put in a bug report for it as you can simply resize discord, causing it to snap back on screen.

    Discord update (on 2024-05-31 3:22) did not fix the problem. I didn't expect it to fix the problem, but I wouldn't have been surprised if it reset something that was causing the problem, but it still persists.
