I lost my account (A confusing story)

A friend of mine accused me for doing something "sketchy"  but it was their mistake a huge misunderstanding, I tried everything to fix it until I messed up the instructions but the worst part is I was wasting my time having a panic attacks while talking the others they say that it was just a scam I don't know what to believe that if that was real or not cause I'm genuinely get confused and obviously worried that I'll messed up big time at the end I lost my account.
