Feature Request: Abbility to show announcement channel permanent

Dear Diary,

Ik ben de owner van 5 servers en we starten een hele grote community, de ontwikkelaars vinden het ook relaxter als we de announcement channel een constante functie kunnen geven ipv only show as popup when an announcement is made on mobile.

This because mobile users dont want all the announcement offcourse and this feature will prevent Discord app servers etc. with people with les notification control.

Sorry i switch to englisch because were globally working.
