Support team ignoring tickets

Discord has been ignoring my tickets, i reported an underage nsfw server(countless times on the app too they do nothing)

finally thought i was getting somewhere when i got a reply saying…However, if you still need help or would like to forward this ticket to our support team let us know!

of course i responded saying i still need help…and got my ticket marked as solved anyway

does discord even hire real people to solve these tickets? am i wasting my time reporting blatantly illegal servers?
