Question regarding accounts disabled for accidental chargebacks
My account was disabled a few hours ago for an accidental chargeback made on my parent's credit card because they mistook the Nitro payment for a payment that came from abroad because the location was displayed as San Francisco (which is where their headquarters is at of course)
I know that this is entirely my fault but my main concern here is just figuring out a way to work with support to get my account back, taking anything personal or shoving blames won't help my case and I'm willing to cooperate despite the numerous stories I've heard from people.
My question here is that if the card was frozen, will I have to pay for the Nitro using another card or will I have to contact the bank to re-enable the card so the payment can go through?
I've also seen people say that Discord can just cancel the subscription entirely but I'm not sure how valid that is, so some help and guidance would really be appreciated as I'm waiting for a response from support.
