Support tickets getting automarked as solved.
My phone number was registered to a spam account, my account got hacked by a spam bot and I got kicked from every server I was in. Nothing has been “solved”. I still can't register my phone number to my account. The 2FA does nothing to actually protect your account. And the tickets I submit are getting marked as “Solved” almost the instant I submit them.
Each one of them assigned to the same person. Listed as Nelly in the tickets.
