A link redirecting to an error page could be due to various reasons:

    1. Broken Link: The URL is incorrect or outdated.
    2. Server Issues: The website's server is down or experiencing issues.
    3. Permission Issues: You may lack the necessary permissions to access the page.
    4. Content Removed: The page has been removed or moved.
    5. Redirection Loop: The URL redirects to itself or another URL in a loop.

Check the URL throw blanket  for typos, try accessing the site later, or contact the website's support for assistance.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

    1. Check the URL: Verify that the URL is correct and not mistyped.
    2. Update the Link: Ensure the link on the Discord support site points to the correct URL.
    3. Check for Server Issues: Confirm that the external site is up and running without issues.
    4. Contact the External Site: If the site is down, reach out to their support for assistance.
    5. Test the Link: After making changes, test the link to ensure it redirects properly.
    6. Clear Cache: Instruct users to clear their browser cache and try again.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and fix the redirect issue.

Make sure the URL is correct and in correct form whether it non https or https to avoid redirection so it will open up the correct link.

It seems the link is redirecting users to an error page instead of the correct content. Please check the URL setup or update it to fix this. Correcting the link  will help users access the needed membership information.
