Discord Support is taking ages to review or assess my problem(s)
So, where do I begin? Recently, one of my friend's accounts got hacked and invited me to a server. I decided to join and verify myself. However, the verification bot used my account to send out two $99 Discord Nitro gifts. I immediately noticed this due to a payment notification on my phone. Only one payment went through due to the available cash in my checking account. I left the server, locked my card, and started the refund process through a Discord help ticket.
The support team was very helpful initially, but they suddenly stopped responding after I mentioned that the payments were unauthorized and requested a refund. Two days turned into six, and eventually, a month passed with no resolution. Due to the silence and uncertainty, I filed a dispute with my bank. Shortly after, Discord disabled my account, citing too many chargebacks and a violation of their Terms of Service (ToS).
I admit I was unaware of the ToS rules. Apparently, disputing a payment with your bank when it's unresolved on Discord can lead to your account being disabled. I acknowledge my fault in not reading the ToS, but as a long-time user of Discord since 2017, I find the support team's handling of this situation extremely difficult.
This post serves as a plea for help from both the Discord support team and its user base. I'm honestly stumped on what to do next to regain my account. I am chronically online, and I have everything on this account. Losing it would be detrimental to my mental health. Seven years of friends, memories, memorable chats, servers, communities, and the self-image I have built are all tied to this account. All I'm asking is for the Discord support team to work with me in a timely manner and to cooperate with me, period. Sorry for the long story, but I feel it deserves to be written out because I'm strongly emotional about this and attached to this account.

I know how you feel. My account from 2017 was hacked. I lost pretty much everything I was lucky enough that when I created a new account I was able to get some friends back, but not all. I have submitted many support tickets. Yet bots keep answering for me. I would be lucky to talk to a support member at all.
