A fake discord moderator removed my account

A friend wrote to me because supposedly they were going to block my account and I had to write to a person to solve it, well, according to his profile, this guy was a Discord staff and I believed it, he asked me to change my email address and now he has He stole the account and tells me that if I don't give him 20 dollars he won't give me the account and he will use it to scam more people.

    I would like to know if a real staff can help me recover it, I have had the account since 2019 and I already have many friends there
