Pause Custom Animated Emojis
Custom animated emojis can mess with people with image/motion sensitivities. It would be nice to turn off the animations on your local client to minimize exposure to potentially harmful visuals (example: epilepsy triggers due to flashing images) while allowing others to use the emojis they would like to use.

Hiya! Go to User Settings > Accessibility and turn off “Play animated emoji”
That'll disable them on your client, so that they don't animate automatically.
