Discord Support Agents Not Helping (Unban Request)

I’ve made 8 tickets since June 14th alll of them have been assigned to “Nelly” who just marks them as solved and doesn’t even reply back regarding the issue. They dont fix it or help you at all I’m not sure if they’re crashing right now. I got banned for a joke about my age and gave all the information like a selfie with my user and date of birth on a paper along with my ID all in one photo, I followed the instructions and I still haven’t received proper support or even a reply at that! Discord should reallt fix their support system.

    For real, I sent 5 age verification request and it happened to me too.
