Just increase maximum volume options

I’ve been using discord for quite a while now its pretty dope most issues are pretty minor and rare. BUT one that has been a persistent issue that has come up the entire time we’ve been on it is people being too quiet. 

all i recommend is allowing the bar to be cranked way past 200% because having to use other apps and the computer audio manager to jank the volume up is just kinda lame. I get theres the idea of blowing out speakers or something but like if someone was that loud why are you turning them up more? 

and why is there a max volume at all, as if its the loudest possible sound and could not get louder. I just dont want to struggle with my quiet friends using a crappy headset anymore, it’s been years of this. across the board discord is dope though.

just to be clear dont make 200% louder just allow us to go up to like 600% because the volume cap is set just too low
