Discord responding system and being ignorant
What the hell did discord support become to??
I made 1 ticket on 23rd June 2024 and they js opened the ticket and marked it as solved with no reply or anything, when i tried to login back into the discord account it still says that im “disabled”. I literally made a ticket and my ID, discord user and selfie because i got banned due to underage when i ain't even underage at all. Discord website says that they respond in 24-48 hours and boom, they didn't respond at all and its been 3 days. Discord suppport team is just “LAZY”.

Same exact thing happened to me, but mine was 8 days ago. They still haven't responded or anything it's really sad, i'm just trying to get my account back.

They still didn't respond to my ticket and i am still waiting like. The discord support is just becoming worser and way more worser.

I'm told that it takes around an month to process these bans, but I really don't know what's going on with their system

Same for me, I’ve made 8 tickets since June 14th so 13 days without my account and Discord hasn’t lifted a finger.

I read the answers and realize that I will never get my account back. It's a shame if my account is deleted due to a system error that I'm under 13 years old. If nothing changes, you will have to pollute this forum because the support does not care about its users. There are a lot of memories with my account that I don't want to lose, if nothing changes, then I will resort to measures that will cause a discord problem and force them to close dota 2. I've never seen such a disregard anywhere.

It seems like their support has been slow lately. Hope they resolve your issue soon by business 2.
