My account got hacked and I'm not impressed by the support team.
My account got hacked by a "friend reported my account accidentally" scam a few days ago (on 06/29/24) and I have gotten absolutely no help from discord staff.
It's very dissapointing to me, as I've been a long time user of discord (been using it since 2019) and assumed the support would have been better.
I have gotten absolutely zero responses from actual humans on any of my tickets about my account being hacked and none of the bots responses have been helpful.
Overall, I'm disappointed. And the stress of this is not helping my mental state. I just want a conversation with a real human :(

Yeah absolute same, I'm having the exact same issue, same circumstances but I aint giving up cause I might aswell just fill up their email with hundreds of tickets.
