We want all users to be able to delete their own threads.

Because many users want to delete their own threads that they accidentally created, but they are not high enough in the server, so they cannot delete their own threads. So I want all users, no matter how high their position is, to be able to delete threads that they created themselves.and It can be deleted without granting permission to delete.
