Falsely banned for being underage and discord wont respond.

My account was suspended for being underage even though I'm 19, I've sent in everything that's required and made multiple tickets and they keep getting marked as solved despite nothing happening. I have yet to even get a response from a bot or a real person.

Is this just a normal occurrence?

    this is so true, i am on my 11th day mark and google says that your account will get deleted between 14-30th day mark. if my account gets deleted because discord has a joke as a support team i am going to lose my mind. Welcome to discord where your privacy is a joke!

    this also happened to me yesterday i'm trying to find what source caused this or what really happened for my account to be disabled, if you know what you last did before account disablation it might relate to my situation
