missing permissions isue

 I just joined a new Discord server but I can't see channels or chat with anyone. It seems like I don't have the necessary permissions to access anything. Is there something I need to do to get the proper permissions on this Buildnow GG server? I've tried rejoining but still can't access anything. Should I contact a moderator or admin for help?
