[Feature request] CRON timestamps

Hello!

So in the documentation you guys have timestamp styles (https://discord.com/developers/docs/reference#message-formatting-timestamp-styles).
My feature request is that you add a version of the "localize time display" that supports CRON strings (https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E12058_01/doc/doc.1014/e12030/cron_expressions.htm),
which would display the next (and/or last) valid time that matches the cron string (or in case of relative time the amount of time until (and/or since) the time specified).

This would help display localized times of events or releases with consistent schedules.
