No response after 9, nearly 10, days
This is ridiculous for a company this size. I have had no responses whatsoever with my ticket supposedly being looked at last 6 days ago (no message or anything) despite being made on the 8th July.
I was falsely banned for being underage over a joke I made saying I'm 5, I'm clearly not 5 as that would be impossible with my account age. I am 18.
I am stuck with what to do, all of my friends were on that account and a server I own is currently going unmoderated because of this ban. I'm scared I won't get it back and will lose everything I built for years on there, the twitter account said they see the ticket but can't do anything more than confirm that it is there. I have paid for nitro and all sorts in the past I find it disgusting that they treat paying customers this way.
What is the average wait time for a false age ban? I am very worried and being left in the dark about everything isn't helping.

same problem with me to. altho me, it was a little different. me, i was trying to get a friend to send friend request to my main account cause i was chatting with a alt. they banned my main for no reason at all!

Увы, это продлится, скорее всего навсегда, вплоть до удаления аккаунта. В теории, если он не ‘Solved’, это даёт какие-то шансы, но увы.
В прочем, пока они не вернут “Trust and Safety”, нет смысла рассчитывать на адекватную поддержку. Поставьте Vote и напишите эту ситуацию в комментариях, может заметят.

Alas, this will last, most likely forever, until the account is deleted. In theory, if it is not ‘Solved’, it gives some chances, but alas.
Otherwise, until they return “Trust and Safety”, it makes no sense to count on adequate support. Put a Vote and write this situation in the comments, maybe they will notice.
