Response times for support

I was banned for being underage which Im not, and submited TWICE my valid ID with every thing the first time they said it needed to be one picture, because I submitted multiple with close ups of my ID. So I did. That was 3 weeks ago. I opened this ticket a MONTH ago, does anyone know if they will even respond its been so long.

  Увы, это продлится, скорее всего навсегда, вплоть до удаления аккаунта. В теории, если он не ‘Solved’, это даёт какие-то шансы, но увы.

  В прочем, пока они не вернут “Trust and Safety”, нет смысла рассчитывать на адекватную поддержку. Поставьте Vote и напишите эту ситуацию в комментариях, может заметят.
