unable to contact human person at support

recently my account was scammed from me by someone pretending to be a employee of discord. Googled the name later, found a LinkedIn that confirmed it. but someone was pretending to be him. this idiot told me to change my account email to put my account under protective custody so it wouldn't be banned from a false report.
i made like 10 tickets, got into contact from people who experienced this too. they said they were able to get human people and recover their accounts. i would just need the email to the account reset. 
as soon as i got the email saying i would have my ticket escalated, i was told by a bot that nothing could be done :(
