For Discord Staff

My account got suspended for a very bad reason that I am underage, but I am from India and my age is more than 13. For no reason 7 days ago i was in vc and discord got crash when i again open application and login, it says my account is suspened. I just want to ask staff why you guys suspend account with no proof, while  i had verified my age on discord. Other thing is that its been 7 days i have got no response on my account suspend problem, i had already send email with proof of age with my id and picture. I know that when id is suspened , after 30 days it gets delete but it was my main id which contains all my online friends that i met, So I request staff to please go through my problem within this week and dont reset my account or i will lost my friends with it.
