phone verification issues. (+ issues with tickets being ignored.)

I have been unable to verify my discord account using my phone number because it's  stuck on a disabled account (the account which I tried to appeal after getting banned for no reason, of course with no response.)
I tried making numerous tickets about this issue only to either get IGNORED for WEEKS, or have my ticket marked as “solved” when the issue has infact NOT been solved. 
Recently, a buddy of mine offered for me to use his number to verify my account after hearing about the issues ive been having. Guess what happened? Emediately after verifying my account using my friends number my account was mysteriously disabled for “hacking.” 

Idk why this has been happening but apparently I'm not the only one who's been having this same exact issue with absolutely no help from discords support team. The fact that so many different people dealing with the same exact issues only to get ignored by discords support team says a lot about just how shitty they are at handling their apps issues. 

(Update) I just made a ticket about appealing my account ban only for it to get marked as solved without ANY response at all.. Ridiculous.. My ticket number is #47273081 if anyone would actually like to help me with this.

    i'm been trying to get my phone verify as well i've tried over and over again to verify my phone number and send multiple tickets involving this issues in between days weeks ago and i still haven't receive neither a verification code or help from discord support
