Timeout Reason Visibility

Please add a checkbox to the timeout window to enable sharing the timeout reason with the user who was timed out; it feels unprofessional for me to have to DM users personally to let them know why they were timed out for our complex rules that we have; I would much rather be able to have the reason show up when the offending user hovers over their timeout icon next to their name. I know this has been suggested in the past, but if enough people are requesting it after three years, maybe you guys need a REMINDER.
