Its been around 6 months, and I still couldnt get my falsely banned account back, my server that got raided by a bot of mine which's token got stolen, impersonated a bot. Made like 10 tickets and their “clyde” kept closing the dang thing, the only thing support is useful for is for “message” reports, they cant even enable an account even after they have more than enough proof to get the account back.

  Yeah bro, understandable. I'm at the point where I've begun researching their arbitration process.

  They won't even read this, congratulations. Although, I dare say, they can be sued.

  There’s probably no point in contacting technical support either, they don’t do this, but if they returned Trust and Safety, they would help us (click on the link)
