Add "Closed Posts" category to forum channels

When you close a post in a forum channel, it goes to “Older Posts”, but that's also where inactive posts go, so it's impossible to know if a post was explicitly closed or just timed out. If there was a “Closed Posts” in addition to “Older Posts” that would be a clear way to tell.
