[Suggestion] Discord Support should prioritize addressing possible false-flags to stop hurting legitimate users.
In my opinion, ensuring legitimate users are not being wrongfully affected (especially by the “auto moderation” features of Discord) is more important than punishing those who are actually breaking ToS.
Discord's “shoot first, ask later” approach is very harmful to legitimate users who use Discord as a primary method of communication for day-to-day life and especially those that run businesses and need to communicate with employees or customers.
My account of 8+ years just got suspended for “breaking the age requirements of Discord's ToS". I, in fact, did not violate Discord's ToS. I submitted age verification (Ticket #47946723) which should take less than five minutes to look at the picture I sent and reactivate my account (along with attaching my age verification to my account to prevent this from happening in the future).
This shouldn't have happened in the first place, but even though it did, it should be resolved within a business day. It's a simple problem with a simple solution. It's extremely disappointing having this level of treatment from Discord.

It is a good connecting app. Have so many features, but that is sometimes very confusing. User interface can be little simple.
