Unfair child saftey strike

Ok, recently someone was being innapropriate to me. I report them. I get hit with a “CHILD SAFTEY” violation (i didn't even break the rules so it's pointless) and yesterday… I can't even see my messages, because my account got hit with the EXACT same thing even though I didnt do anything!

     I had the same thing, I happened to be on a server where someone posted something that violated child safety and I believe everyone on the server ended up getting a violation. Such a stupid system I was at work when that happened so I couldn't even react on time. I am now fighting to get this violation removed but discord is ignoring me
