Add ability to switch the audio subsystem in settings to Mac desktop app

I've been having an issue where Soundboard sounds are distorted and low-pitched when Discord detects my Bluetooth headphones as an audio input option on the desktop app. I looked to Reddit to see if anybody else had experienced this issue— many people had, and practically all of them solved the issue by switching the audio subsystem to Legacy. This was also an option that Discord support suggested I use. Unfortunately, this isn't an option on the Mac desktop app. Please consider adding this option so that MacOS users struggling with problems like this can fix them.
