Does Fiddler (web debugger) interfere with Discord?

Is Fiddler (web debugger) automatically flagged by Discord as malicious? If so I would want to know, since I use Fiddler for other purposes, it interferes with Discord, resulting in suspensions for Account Automation, or as a disabled account for Server spam joining.
