Show audio/video file thumbnails when uploading them

I was messin around with audio files and there is an option to embed a thumbnail into them, would be a nice touch instead of seeing the plain boring filename and progress bar it would show the audio thumbnail(if it is there).

    Also discord straight up gives up on playing audio with AC3 codec (possibly with EC3 too)
