Can I sue discord due to my unresolved account suspension?

About 3-4 days ago, I woke up to my Discord account being suspended. I was suspended because I made a joke about being under 13, although I am above the age of 13 and I am closer to being 18 than I am to being 13. 

I sent in my ticket, with my selfie, user and passport. I've spent a fair amount of money on Nitro and I currently have an active 1 year nitro trial that I can't use anymore, part of me feels like I've been scammed (if you know what I mean), and part of me just feels upset. 

I've spent money on discord, and they now have acess to a picture of my face as well as my passport (a LEGAL document) which just doesn't sit right with me, and let's not even mention all the important information on my account which I no longer have access to, and I am also a server owner.

 If I don't get a response within a certain amount of time, can I sue? or get law enforcement involved? Because that's what I am planning to do, I'm just overwhelmed and frustrated, between all my money just gone like that, and the fact that they have a full image of my legal document (which i cant delete).

    im not sure if you can sue or not. thats not a question i can answer at all. but for the documents and images you sent to them for verification will be deleted after a while once the situation has been dealt with.

    Eternalbordem Oh okay, I see. And as of now it's been 7 days since I was suspended and made a ticket. I just feel like discord support needs to do better, like I understand they get tons of tickets, but my ticket was assigned to a staff member, opened, then ignored. I'm also getting told by my friends to get authorities involved or something, because of all the money I've spent on my account, and my 1 year nitro that's still running, which I can't use anymore, and they are not responding to my ticket, so i have no idea if ill be compensated.

    that’s really a you choice lol. discord I. General could be doing a lot more and a lot better for the entire app. I could go on, but accounts being suspended and or banned then support ignoring them is like, topic of the hour right now, a ban wave just went over and a second one is coming soon aswell. and as for getting hijacked, it falls in the same boat. So all we can do is pray and sit tight homie. Sorry.
