Auto-detect if Discord sends message to prevent double sending

On mobile for me, sometimes Discord can't send a message or sends messages twice during slow connections. However, this actually happens the most when I see LTE on the upper right, when other apps work decently fast. I am sure this affects PC and hotspot users to various degrees as well.

As someone who takes various trips annually, I would like to be able to use Discord more during them, and I find my experience somewhat hampered by not trusting if a message is able to send properly when every other app works.
