Why.. just why?
I have submitted over 5 tickets since the day I got my account stolen. And yes, I sent them one by one after each was “solved”. In case you don’t understand, it obviously was never solved. They just procrastinate your tickets and end up just marking them “solved”. I can’t even get proper support, that discord account meant a lot to me, I had all my childhood friends on there, which I can’t get back. At the least I can smile and look back at the message history experiencing how I acted when I was younger. But now I can’t. They don’t care for your accounts, or their users. And yes, I do know the policy of how I am responsible for my own account, but isn’t it you to be able to help me recover my account, so the person who tricked me can’t trick other people on my account? It makes no sense at all.. They just basically tell you to get over it, when all needs to happen is just to give me a reset password email..

if you fell for a scam they cant really do anything, that was your choice. Potentially they can give you a recovery reset password but if they dont that isnt their fault tbf

I never said it was. But it is their job to help customers in need, no? I know how support sometimes can be, but just giving me automated bot messages and letting them treat us like absolute garbage is honestly really frustrating, especially if your account had something money cannot buy.
