Music for servers!

I'd like to suggest a setting for server creation on both pc and mobile versions, that allows the owner or anyone permitted (via roles/ownership) to imput mp3 music files when creating channels or categories! This feature could add a whole new level of customization to servers, adding another layer of immersion to types of servers such as roleplay servers. This could be anything from rain sounds, cars honking, lobby music, and so fourth, without the need for minimizing tabs or background apps with advertisements that interrupt the immersion. Of course, if this feature is added, there should be an option for regular members to decrease/increase/mute the mp3 music if it's not to their taste. I feel like this would be a phenomenon addition to the building of discord as a massive and beautiful community.
