Easier way to make timezone adaptive timestamps

so you know how you can go to a separate website and enter your local time, then it gives you some code of milliseconds since 1970? and it shows their local time regardless of their timezone to everyone? maybe make an option in the + button attachment thingy? like not that hard bro
