Onboarding dropdown list option

Hi !

Currently when there is more than twelve answer to an onboarding question, the answer becomes sorted through a dropdown list.

However, this seems to reduces the accessibility and readability of answers as members will have to scroll though the entire list each time. They don't have the complete vision on every answer anymore.

Would it be better to add it as a check option (automatically, checked when 12+ answer) , so that administrator can activate it even though there is less than twelve or decide deactivate it when there is more.

Maybe add even a harder limit like more dans thirty, the check option is forced activated.

Currently, the limit set to twelve is a bit arbitrary and too much limiting. This check option would add a bit more flexibility.
