[Feature Request] Quantum lurking

So I have multiple small-medium servers I have friends in, but my friends don't like to lurk. So if I want to hang out with someone, I have to pick a single channel to wait in and hope someone from that server hops on tonight. I think it would be a neat idea to let you lurk in multiple empty VCs and then once someone joins, it fully connects you to that channel. That way people can be available in multiple servers! OFC there should be a server permission/toggle for this option, and it would probably be a nitro perk, but I would pay for that.
