Reopening a closed dm when a person probably blocked me

So, I got my account back this month at September 23rd, and the next day, I searched up the scammers username in the discord search bar (aka the guy who tricked me by impersonating discord), and there is no results, so I tried adding them and unfriending them so they will not know, but it said user not found.

The reason why I wanted to reopen the DM because I want to take more screenshot's and more proof about me getting hacked, and update the first post I created since July. I also want to report the impersonator, and I tried searching on google how to but sadly those steps don't work.

And I notice the scammers account is still not deleted, but it's offline.
