Revert UI Changes

With the most recent update, the current state of Discord's user interface is clunky, inefficient, and frankly embarrassingly bad.  Important facets like the server scroll wheel are smaller, empty spaces are bigger, and all for no apparent benefits.

Plenty of poor choices have been made in Discord's UI history, but there's usually been at least a silver lining of some sort.  Here, I can think of no tangible benefit among any of the changes made.  The best approach to fixing this UI rework would be to get rid of it and step back to where we were before.
