Add custom emoji on IOS/Android

Basically, yeah, the title says it all but this is really necessary for me at least, since i don't like going to my computer just to add 1 or 2 emojis. Using Chrome on IOS/Android somewhat works but takes time and is not as effective as just clicking, since scrolling in the server settings menu on Chrome is not so easy.

    Emojis are already in IOS and Android, there's an emoji picker too, next time try to make the title itself short and the description can be as long as you want.
