DJ Mode, akin to the now defunct Plug DJ

Allow people to queue up with a url or playlist that supports youtube or soundcloud (or any other music source) that plays audio for select channels, that people can also opt in or out of hearing. Could be as simple as giving people rank to add songs to a playlist with others able to edit position / remove troll songs.

    This sounds a bit complicated due to the number of music bots out there and the existing Spotify Integration. I wouldn't be too sure about trying to make a lot of peoples work redundant.
