Dyno bot is the owner of the server

The owner of a server i am in left due to some drama. I was the next person in line to get the ownership but he transferred it onto a bot so no one would get it. Is there a way for me to still get the ownership? All perms we and staff had are gone so we cant kick/ban the bot either(i dont think you can even ban or kick the owner of a server).
