Improve the viewing and sharing of source code (fragments), using discord chat facilities.

We are a community who is using discord as a platform to jointly develop and use a large framework for flight simulation within DCS world (called MOOSE).

On a regular basis, we need to share source code. The discord chat facilities allow to share source code, and even provides facilities for that. However, ... there are a couple of improvements that we would like to request:

1. Can we please drag-drop source code files into discord chat, and when such a source file would be shown in the chat, that it would also show the contents of the file?

==> Can discord chat please show the contents of files if they are text format (like source code) in the chat log? (Maybe with a button to view/open the file in discord). The SLACK service has such functionality.

2. Using the ``` syntax, we are able to cut-paste source code fragments into chat, which are then syntax highlighted. However, the text that we can paste is limited to 2000 characters.

==> Can we please extend the text paste limited to more than 2000 characters????
