Allow members in overlay to be arranged, client-side, for personal organization.

I would like to arrange the people in my overlay however I want so I can put the overlay next to my in-game party list and arrange the people in the overlay to be next to their respective character name in the party list. I would also like this feature to be client side and not affect the other members so they can arrange it how they want too.
